1- Tailored Courses: The training objectives and agenda are built in coordination with the customer's HR/Training department based on a Training Need Analysis. This will ensure gaps are being effectively tackled during the course impacting directly the skill level of different participants.
2-Public Courses: selected topics based on our regional gap analysis will be included in a periodic training calendar. The calendar covers a variety of topics and will take into account the schedule of participants
