2007
Establishment of Venture with a blend of consultants and trainers from different backgrounds and experiences
2010
Due to its success, Venture turns into an LLC company. Company expands team to cover other domains.
2011
Venture forms alliances with various international accreditation bodies and professional societies. Introduction of world standrds public training programs.
2012
Venture expands clientele base to include various national and international organizations
2013 - 2014
Venture Starts its M&E divisin to support the operations of different UN Agencies and INGOs operating in the country becoming a pioneer in the domain
2015
Venture signs agreements with international companies specialised in M&E to share knowledge and ensure scalability of operations The company starts to offer coaching services to compliment capacity development efforts
2016
Venture expands its M&E team to cover all Syrian governorates
2017 -2018
Venture starts implementing an LTA for capacity development of local NGOs and youth reaching participants from all Syrian Governorates. Venture M&E division expands with major third-party monitoring and evaluation projects.

Venture strengthen its capacity development division and opens a new facility in Damascus
