Venture Timeline

2007
Establishment of Venture with a blend of consultants and trainers from different backgrounds and experiences.
2010
Due to its success, Venture becomes an LLC. The company expands its team to cover additional service domains.
2011
Venture forms alliances with various international accreditation bodies and professional societies. Introduction of world-standard public training programs.
2012
Expansion of client base to include various national and international organizations.
2013 - 2014
Launch of the M&E division to support operations of different UN agencies and INGOs across Syria, becoming a pioneer in the domain.
2015
Strategic partnerships signed with international companies specialized in M&E to share knowledge and scale operations. Coaching services introduced to complement capacity development.
2016
Expansion of M&E team to cover all Syrian governorates.
2017 -2018
Implementation of LTAs for local NGO and youth capacity development across all Syrian governorates. Significant growth in the M&E division through major third-party monitoring and evaluation projects.
2019
Strengthening of the capacity development division and opening of a new facility in Damascus.
2020-2021
Ongoing training and consulting services provided to INGOs, local NGOs, and corporate firms. Continued implementation of third-party monitoring and evaluation projects supporting donors, UN agencies, and INGOs.
2023-2025
Venture continues its active role in providing tailored training and consulting services to INGOs, local NGOs, and corporate firms. Sustained engagement in third-party monitoring and evaluation (TPM) projects to support donors, UN agencies, and international NGOs across Syria.
